Citizens control and make conclusions

Analytical Report based on the results of monitoring public procurement in Education was presented on December 3 at the round table “Reference – transparent and open procurement” in Chernihiv Training Center of Trade Unions. Between January and September 2015 under public control experts of Chernihiv Center for Human Rights were public procurement of Department of Education of Chernihiv City Council.

According to Alexander Podgorny, head of Chernihiv Center for Human Rights, during the monitoring were recorded no manifestations of conflict of interest and no corruption have been identified, and there were no cases of collusion between bidders.
